Liz Summers is a skilled and artful facilitator and leader. She is adept at bringing together a group, helping them uncover insights about themselves and how they work with others while offering ideas and ways to work more cohesively as a group. Working with Liz personally helped me learn things about myself that I hadn't known before, and I was able to become more self-aware and grow from our work together. Liz is one of the most professional and personable people I know. If you want your leaders to grow, she is the person to hire.

I was pleased to work with Liz Summers on the development and execution of a virtual program, hosted by the Council of Lafayette Women. Liz was recommended to me so I reached out to determine her interest - she wasted no time in giving me an enthusiastic yes. Liz demonstrated her creativity and expertise by working with me to brainstorm and develop a session, "Finding Your Voice: Public Speaking in Today's Changing World." A generous collaborator, Liz built a session that featured two of our alumni as panelists. She facilitated a panel discussion with ease, deviating from the outline in an organic way to follow up on panelist statements. She gracefully inserted her own perspective, enhancing the discussion without drawing attention away from the featured panelists. The result was an outstanding session that inspired and educated a Zoom room full of attendees who stayed to the very last word - not typical for a virtual session. Liz's expertise and presentation skills are surpassed only by her authenticity and commitment to her audience. I look forward to further collaborations with Liz and would highly recommend her to both groups and individuals.
- Rachel Nelson Moeller, Executive Director of Diversity Initiatives, Lafayette College
I would like to thank Liz for serving as a speaker at our inaugural Women's Empowerment Conference. We are grateful for the time and effort she took to share her knowledge and expertise with our attendees. Her presentation was excellent and her passion for her work was clearly evident to the audience. Based on comments and feedback we received, the conference was a tremendous success. We thank Liz for her contribution and making this event a truly memorable day!

Every once in a while, it is obvious that someone with whom you work is exceptional. And you want to make others become aware of her talents. Such is the case with my work with LIZ SUMMERS when she served on the Board of Children’s Home Society North Carolina, and I was Board Chair. Liz is an engaged listener who speaks directly to an issue and reserves comment for an opportunity to be positive and constructive. She asks probing questions that further the conversation either around solving problems or improving an organization’s effectiveness.
In her professional capacity as a leadership coach/consultant/facilitator, Liz offers capabilities that cannot necessarily be learned, but in her case are instinctual, creative, and powerful.
I am honored to provide a recommendation for Liz Summers to anyone who might benefit from her services--- and that would encompass a broad community of potential clients.
- Cathy Levinson, Board Chair, Children's Home Society of NC
Liz Summers proved herself adept at leading a team that sometimes holds back into a participating energetically in an engaging conversation about personality and work style preferences that influence effectiveness and efficiency in often invisible ways. Many continued to cite days and weeks later some of the insights gained from the session she led. Liz helped us become a more empathetic, collaborative and effective team.
- Mark Eyerly, VP of Communications, Lafayette College
Liz Summers is the real deal. She worked as a Senior Trainer at The HR Group where I was Founder and CEO. She worked on many Leadership training projects. She knows the material and is always well prepared. Her students go away with new information they can use right away. I cannot say enough glowing testimonials. You will not be disappointed!
